For items sold on theturbanvilla.ca, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. If we are unable to ship your products as per your order, we will notify you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will:
- If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, charge the lower amount and ship the item.
- If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we may contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note: we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All orders are online only.
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in INR, which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter. The actual amount charged will be the equivalent in the currency of your credit card, as per your bank/credit card provider’s conversion on the date of billing.

Product Properties and Wash Care
All of theturbanvilla.ca products are made using the finest fabrics and materials. Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are intrinsic to the product.
Colors: We have done our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor, so exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Wash Care: Reds, blacks, and blues may run. Always wash similar colors together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must be dry cleaned only.
